Never seen one like this before. I assume the plastic comes off to replace the picture. It does not slide out but must "pop out". I did not attempt in fear of cracking the plastic window covering. Handle has a bend to it as shown in the last photo. Graphics show some wear. Unique item. I think with some heat and weight it can be straigntened.
