Lovely vintage Chinese Cloisonne Enamel Metal Toothpick Match Holder with Lid. 

Cobalt blue with lovely multicolor floral design.

Measures approx. 2 1/4"H,  3"H to top of lid.

In very good vintage condition.  Lid fits loosely over jar opening. Does not close tightly.  Please see pictures for more details.
