Item Condition:   A leather-bound hardcover in Good condition. There are no names, bookplates or stamps from previous owners inside. The binding is tight and the pages are clean, there are a couple of pages that have a small tear at the bottom edge where the ribbon sat (see photo #13, pages 73 - 76). The leather has signs of wear, with dents on the front and back cover (see photos #1, #2 & #7), the corners and spine are bumped with rubbing to them.
