Because of issues with Customs, we do not ship to the following countries

China, Brazil, Guatemala, countries in the Caribbean excluding US Virgin Island

We ship within 1 Business day.  Orders placed before 11am will be shipped the same day.  Orders placed after 11am will be shipped the next business day.  Please note that the estimated delivery time is an estimate based on past deliveries, delivery times can be longer than estimated because of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters.  Delivery time can be longer during peak shipping season such as the Holiday etc.  We can only control the shipping time, and not the delivery time.  We thank you for your continued support and patience.

Product authenticity

All of our products are 100% authentic, we do not sell knockoffs or imitations.  We care about our customers' safety and will  never offer an expired product or a product that is to be expired within 12 months.

If you are ever in doubt of a product's authenticity once an item is received, please locate the batch code of the item at the bottom of the item and entire that batch code on the website checkfresh dot com.   The website will provide you with the date of manufacturer of the item in question.  Only authentic products will have batch codes.

Unsealed products are not a sign that the product is not authentic, please note that we are an online store and some of our products do not have the seal of a retail store because we do not have several customers handling our products.  Our products come from the manufacturer to our supplier to us and then to you, no customer handling.

Return the item (s) to us for a full refund.

We accept items that are opened, but all pieces including the box (not mailing envelope) has to be returned to us

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving the item.
