Acceptable vintage condition one of the window frames is busted out. Comes with both upstairs window awnings (htf) scuffs and wear typical of use and drops etc. comes with furniture. Furniture is aged, discolored and dusty. Exactly as pictured. May come disassembled. Doll is not a Marx, and has a large crack in it. Bed has a chip in it too and isn't level.
