Nice used condition with no tears, May need some cleaning, Opens and closes very nice, measures 10'' tall, 71'' long when fully opened,  24'' wide, It weighs 12 pounds, PLEASE NOTE that the shipping is calculated by the box size and not so much the weight, Also the farther you live from Toledo Ohio the more shipping will cost, nothing i can do about that, I will offer local pick up if that helps, Fedex is the cheapest and will be used unless you only have a P.O. box which they do not deliver to USPS ground will have to be chosen at checkout.
