1. What Myrtol is and what it is used for
Myrtol is a gastro-resistant soft capsule

Myrtol is used for the symptomatic treatment of acute and chronic bronchitis and sinusitis.

Myrtol affects secretion and cough in respiratory diseases, liquefies compressed discharge, enhances its excretion, facilitates expectoration and has an anti-inflammatory effect.

2. What you need to know before you use Myrtol
Do not take Myrtol
if you have an inflammatory disease of the stomach, intestines or bile ducts, or if you have severe liver disease,
• if you are allergic to the active substance or any of the other ingredients of Myrtol. You should not give this medicine to children under 4 years of age.
Warnings and precautions
If your symptoms persist or worsen, or if you experience shortness of breath or fever, if you start coughing up phlegm that contains blood or pus, you should consult a doctor immediately.

If you suffer from bronchial asthma, whooping cough or other respiratory diseases accompanied by hypersensitivity of the respiratory system, you should only take this medicine after talking to your doctor.
