Good overall condition.  No missing pages, only first page is torn a little by the punched hole.  Binder is stained, and pages are dirty (mostly on page edges).

In original red & white 3-ring binder. 

Pages have revision dates from 1964 - 1979.

Binder measures approximately 11.5" x 10.5" x 2", with approximately 220 unnumbered pages.
