(No edition notation means a first for this publisher.)  Notably, the book features 20 color plates and 25 b&w line drawings by the artist Pauline Baynes, who is best known for being the original illustrator of  C.S. Lewis's NARNIA series and for doing interior and/or cover illustrations for Tolkien books.  One slightly bumped cover corner, else a very nice, securely bound copy with white pages and no markings.   The jacket has a one-inch tear/crease on the upper back edge, but otherwise only minor wear.
