Unique genuine vintage patchwork faux quilt lamp shade in great condition for its age, as shown in photos.  Height is 12" and diameter is 18".  It is in very good condition for its age with only one very small snag in the fabric and one very small light colored stain (pictured).  Both of these are virtually unnoticeable during use due to the nature of the pattern.
