1-Year Manufacturer Parts Warranty (Standard)
- This printer comes with a 1-year manufacturer parts warranty effective from the delivery date.
- The warranty does not cover consumables such as toner cartridges, drum units, fusers, and developers.
- The warranty is null and void in the event of misuse,
damage caused during installation by someone other than a qualified
technician, or after the warranty period has expired.

3-Year Exchange Warranty (Upgrade)
The manufacturer commits to replacing any unit that displays a defect
in materials or workmanship during the Exchange Warranty Period with a
new or refurbished unit in similar condition. The decision to replace
will be solely at the manufacturer's discretion and may involve a
product with equivalent or superior specifications, depending on
availability. All costs associated with repair, logistics, and
insurance will be covered by the manufacturer. You'll need to pack the
original machine in the box provided with the replacement unit, and
return shipping instructions will be included for the prepaid return.
However, if there's evidence of abuse, use of non-KYOCERA supplies, or
failure to return the device, charges may apply for the replacement
device.
Coverage:
- The Exchange Warranty Period begins on the purchase date.
- The Exchange Warranty lasts for three (3) years from the purchase date or 10,000 prints, whichever comes first.
- This warranty doesn't cover pre-installed printing supplies like toner, drum unit, fuser, and waste toner bottles.
The Exchange Warranty becomes invalid if any of the following conditions are met:
- Negligence, accidents, misuse, spills, abuse, contamination, improper maintenance, or other external factors caused the issue.
- Non-genuine KYOCERA parts and supplies were used.
- The hardware product was operated beyond the stated usage parameters in the user documentation.
- Software, interfacing, parts, or supplies not provided by KYOCERA or AngelToner were used.
- End-user replaceable KYOCERA printer supplies, like toner and maintenance kits, were improperly installed.

Return & Refund Policy |
Returns
- Our
return policy lasts 30 days after the delivery date. If 30 days have
gone by since your order has been delivered, unfortunately, we can't
offer you a refund.
- All
returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Once a returned item has
been received and inspected, you will be notified of refund approval.
Please keep in mind that returns are subject to restocking fees and
partial refunds based on the above use, wear, or damage. You are not
guaranteed a full refund.
- Original
shipping charges are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying
for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Exchanges
ABD
Office Solutions, Inc. only accepts exchanges if any of the following
circumstances are demonstrated with the provision of documents and
proof:
- The
item received is damaged due to shipment/delivery. If substantial
damage is noted upon inspection, the customer has the right to refuse
the shipment/delivery. Do not unpack the damaged package.
- The item received does not
match the brand/model/description on the invoice.

Shipping & Pickup |
- Orders are typically shipped within 2-5 business days.
- We offer free ground shipping within the 48 contiguous United States
- Smaller
and lighter items will be shipped via ground shipping (UPS or FEDEX).
Heavy and oversize items, on the other hand, will be shipped by a
commercial freight carrier. Residential, inside, or remote delivery
requests will incur additional shipping charges. If this occurs prior
to shipping, we will notify you. The transit time for freight shipments
is 7-10 business days after the package has been processed and shipped.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation
message with your tracking number.
- Local customers within 30
miles of our office can arrange for warehouse pick-up by appointment.
