I do not know much about laser parts, but this is a hard to find piece.  

There are two lens-adjustment knobs on this.  An additional knob attaches to the clamp.  We acquired this from a working lab.  This is in excellent shape.  360 degrees of measurements on this piece, looks to be in increments of mm.
