This is great stuff here.   This is RARE 3 in one old doll    I got this with a bunch of items from estate sale.  

CONDITION - Looks OK.  Very solid condition for the doll itself.  There are rips in the dress, I took pictures of all.   

Measures 13 inches from feet to top of head.
