President Grevy Lilac features showy panicles of fragrant powder blue flowers rising above the foliage in mid spring, which emerge from distinctive violet flower buds. The flowers are excellent for cutting. It has bluish-green foliage throughout the season. May be massed, grouped or planted as a small specimen. Good for shrub borders, foundation plantings, peripheries of borders or rock gardens.
