Vintage Small Johnson Bros Flow Blue Manhattan Covered Serving Dish with lid and insert.  Mark:  raised mark "Manhattan"  stamp mark "Johnson Bros Manhattan"  It is oval and about 3 1/2" tall with lid on.  Some crazing.  It has a flat pottery insert inside so drippings will go to bottom.  Suitable for maybe a game hen. Circa 1899 - 1900 Appraised.
