After you get your old wheels off and rims split apart, make sure you clean up all rust and crud out of the O-Ring groove mount area, Paint the surface if needed. I like to use Di-Electric Grease or a silicone base grease to put on the O-Ring to lubricate it and keep it stuck in the proper location. If it moves out of alignment, you may have to take the rims apart again.
