This is a very well made well maintained pre owned Don Dodge Dee ring bit, by bitmaker Greg Darnall.  The bit features a smooth snaffle hinged at the center.  The Don Dodge style Dee rings measure 3 inches in diameter with a 5 inch wide by tapered .375 inch diameter mouthpiece with inlaid copper on the back side to encourage lightness and salivation.  The maker's mark GD is shown on the lower left Dee Ring.  The snaffle is outfitted with a Vaquero style leather curb strap.  This snaffle will make a great tool to add to your training bit collection.
