Incorporate this rag, rustic, primitive burlap garland/banner into your event or space.  Add a romantic atmosphere  to your home. Made from burlap, white sparkle linen blend and lace fabrics.The garland/banner is made up of a 50” wide and 2” in length burlap band at the top together with tattered tassels/rags hanging strings about 15” long. Each tassel is cut and knotted by hand giving you an intentional frayed look.There are three (3) burlap flower at center top and comes with two(2) jute strings for hanging.
