The Roche Thermal Cycler 96-S, also known as the LightCycler 96, is a real-time PCR system that can cycle up to 96 
samples quickly. It has 96 wells and provides various methods for genetic variation and gene expression analysis in 
mono- or multicolor (up to 4 colors) mode. It has applications like high resolution melting, endpoint genotyping, 
qualitative detection, melting curve analysis, and absolute and relative quantification.
