This is for a copy of Namco Museum, featuring classic arcade games, released by Namco for the Nintendo Gamecube in 2001.  This is new and factory sealed.  UPC on the cover insert has a punch hole (see picture).  Game features Pac-Man, Ms. Pac-Man, Pole Position, Dig Dug, Galaga, Galaxian, and more!  This is from the collection of a former developer at Namco.
