- N-TYPE Technology Solar Cell, 25% Highest Conversion Rate. BougeRV N-TYPE 100-watt solar panels are made of N-TYPE solar cells. Compared to P-TYPE solar cells, N-TYPE solar cells add an advanced Industrial Tunnel Oxide Passivated Contact to the back of ordinary solar cells, this advanced technology allows the majority carrier to pass and restrains the minority carrier, so absorbs more light, making it low resistance loss and high voltage.
- Smallest Size, MAX POWER. 16BB cell design further improves the current collection capability. Makes the solar panel have a longer service life. Increase the cell receiving surface, thinner ribbon reduces the covered area by 22%.
- Bifacial Design Increases the solar output by 30%. Instead of having an opaque back, BougeRV bifacial solar panels feature a transparent backside, allowing it to absorb solar energy from both sides, such as direct sunlight, refracted sunlight, and diffuse sunlight. N-type solar cells have an 80% bifacial gain while P-TYPE have only a 70% bifacial gain.
- One Panel Compatible With 12V/24V Battery. The open circuit voltage of N-TYPE 100 solar panels is 35.7V. No need to connect in series or parallel, one panel can charge a 24V battery, avoiding current losses caused by series and parallel connections
