For your consideration, here is a Parks and Recreation April Ludgate Action Figure, ReAction Figures, 14+, from Super7 Retail Inc., no. DEC2021CPC, made in Vietnam.  It is in an unopened blister pack.  It has a little wear on the package.  There is a small crease on the left front side of the package.  It also has a light scratch mark on the back of it.
