Willmar Schwabe Kali Bichromicum(Dilution)

Common Name:  Postasse bichromas, Potassic dichromate, Red Chromate of Potash. K2Cr2O7.

Causes & Symptoms for Willmar Schwabe Kali Bichromicum

• Complaints that occur in Hot weather are well relieved by Kali Bich.
• Bad effects of beer that lead to affection of stomach leading to loss of appetite and flatulence is relieved with Kali Bich.
• It is useful in chronic sinusitis, chronic rhinitis, chronic tonsillitis, chronic throat catarrh, bronchial asthma, periostitis.
• Migratory pains, which appear and disappear suddenly.
• Discharges from mucous membranes are tough, stringy mucus, or mucopus, which adheres to the part and can be drawn out in strings.
• Ulcers that are punched out, perforating and occurring on the skin,  mucous membranes.
• For Parotid glands that are swollen, Uvula relaxed is well relieved by Kali Bich.
• Violent, rattling cough, lasting some minutes, with an effort to vomit.

Mind and Head

Aversion to mental and bodily exertion with prostration and sluggishness marks the indication of Kali Bich.

The blindness comes on before the headache; then, as the headache begins, the blindness disappears is characteristic of Kali Bich.

Vertigo on rising up in bed, on lying down again it became worse and was immediately associated with inclination to vomit.

Frequent sudden attacks of vertigo when standing or walking.

Eyes, ear and Nose

Watering, Dryness, itching and burning in eyes, heat in eyes and desire to rub them, with redness of conjunctiva.

Hard, painful swelling of parotid gland, Redness, heat and itching of external ears is relieved with Kali Bi.

Dryness, Coryza, with obstruction of nose, Violent sneezing, Profuse, watery nasal discharge is relieved well by Kali Bich.

Colds that develop into sinus blockages accompanied by pressure as well as nasal fullness and ear glue, accumulation of fluid in the middle ear) are relieved by Kali Bich.

Mouth and Throat

In sore throats, wherein the throat becomes dry and rough and appears inflamed, shiny as well as swollen.

The tonsils become distended and sore accompanied by deep ulcers and the voice becomes coarse, Kali Bi gives good results.

In the mouth, ulcers or a dry, burning feeling are relieved by Kali bichromicum.

Accumulation of saliva in mouth with saliva tasting bitter and salty.

Stomach and Abdomen

Vomiting is often of the ropy character with  large quantities of bright yellow water, great weight in the stomach, fullness, immediately after eating.

After micturition burning in back part of urethra is relieved with Kali Bich.

Female complaints

Soreness and rawness in vagina with menses that are too early, with giddiness, nausea, and headache.
