Returns
If you would like to return an item, please contact NextGear through messages. Please include all details of why you are returning with any photos to support your return claim. Once approved by a NextGear representative, we will be happy to accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
We always guarantee - if you receive any defective part, not the part you ordered, or any damaged part due to shipping by SAE Parts will be refunded and/or replaced at no cost to you.
We understand mistakes happen when ordering on line - maybe you ordered the wrong part, or the wrong color, or you just changed your mind...No Problem! We do not ever charge restocking fees. Any shipping costs incurred from your original order are non-refundable.
