You are buying a circa 1915 11 7/8” AMERICAN BRILLIANT PERIOD CUT GLASS GRADUATED VASE. The pattern looks like a lot of American cutters Dorflinger, Fry, etc. There is no maker signature on this piece.
The condition is good one tiny pinpoint chip to underside of foot, some scratches inside bottom likely from wire wrapped flowers (see picture #5), some scratch wear to the underside of the foot. The serrated top rim does not have any chips.
