There is a 1/8" tear at the front upper right edge, plus a 1/8" vertical tear at the front lower spine edge, plus a 3/16" tear at the front top spine edge -- plus multiple creases across both front & rear covers -- plus wear & chipping to edges & corners, with scratches, page corner folds, indentations, lesser tears, browning pages, sticker residue, rub-wear, soiling, etc -- spine leans to right, with 2 top to bottom spine creases -- overall condition Good Minus
