Vintage Stained Glass Dalmatian Fire Helmet Yellow Hydrant Christmas Ornament

In good condition for age. Unsure if it is 100% glass, but the silver part is metal. Measures 4.25" tall and 3.5" wide. There is a sparkle on the back. Please see photos.
