Old New Haven Clock Movement Pallet Nut. Note this is one of the four larger pallet nuts on the outer edge of the pallet, see last pic.

The unit has stamped "New Haven", has a star in in a circle in the center and "Trademark" on the bottom of the circle. This is stamped on the right side of the front pallet. The unit measures 1 3/8 inches between pallets. There is also a number "12" stamped in the center of the front pallet that has been X'd out along with a small letter "B"?
