International:  All import fees, VAT and tariffs are the responsibility of the buyer. If your item passes through customs and delivery is attempted without success or is refused by the buyer and the item is returned to the USA, there will be NO REFUND.  Please make every attempt to assist delivery.  Refused items will not be refunded.  We try to ship within 24 hours of payment but have no control over the USA postal system, your postal system or the speed at which Customs evaluates a package.
