1. Will it overcharge? It can block reverse charging, how to prove?

Please be assured that the current of the solar panel is relatively small and it will not be overcharged. Built-in blocking diode, the indicator light works normally to prevent reverse charging.

2. What does the indicator light mean?

In the sun, normal output, the red light is on; the sun is weak, the red light turns amber or goes out; after using a cigarette lighter or alligator clip to connect the battery, the green light is on during charging; the polarity is wrong, and the light is off, please check whether the white wire (+) corresponds to the white wire (+), Whether the black line (-) corresponds to the black wire (-).

3. Can I charge a battery that is almost dead?

It is a trickle charger that keeps the voltage from dropping or recharges the battery, but it is not a fast charger and cannot charge a dead battery.Please use the AC charger to fully charge the battery before using the solar panel.

4. Can I stay connected while driving?

We do not recommend that you keep the connection while driving, uneven roads may cause the connection to loosen. If you really want to keep the connection, you can install the solar panel more firmly.

5. I measured a voltage of 20V, is this normal?

Please place the solar panel in a place where there is direct sunlight and no shadows, adjust the multimeter to DC 200V (direct current), and check the voltage. The sunlight is strong, and the open circuit voltage is generally above 20V. The open circuit voltage is higher than 12V to charge the 12V battery.
