I’m calling him Pierre!  He is such a dandy!  So aristocratic!  Gold braid filigree, rhinestone eyes, a large oval pearl = statement piece.

I could not find any markings on the back.  Pierre measures 2 1/2” tall and 1 7/8” wide.
