I have described this as being white, but it does have a kind of nude pinkish hue to it which was difficult to capture in the photos.
As you can see the corset fits my mannequin perfectly! Her waist size is 24”. Her hip size is 34”. There is some give to the fabric of the corset and I think the lacing on either side can be adjusted, but it looks complicated. A corset expert could figure it out!
The length of the corset is 17”. The width along the bottom is 35 1/2”.
I have seen similar corsets being described as from the 1940’s. This one looks like it has hardly ever been worn, There are no stains or damage or signs of wear.
