The Drawer Latch is an After Market Replacement component for Frigidaire freestanding laundry centers. This latch closes storage or pedestal drawers in the base. It creates a tight seal around each drawer, protecting contents from dust and spills.

Issues tend to arise from normal wear over years of use. Drawers opening and closing put stress on latches. Nearby laundry vibrations may also contribute.

Symptoms of a problematic pedestal drawer latch include:

• Drawers that do not fully latch or do not stay closed properly
• Gaps that allow debris or moisture to enter the storage compartments
• Loose or misaligned drawers that are difficult to open and close
