Tested, every key works great (see pic #2). However, a little dusty, so keys can stick if too many are pressed at the same time. With a bit of cleaning, should run super smooth.
'L M H' key cap came off, but is included. A little tape residue on top. Otherwise nice cosmetic condition, nothing broken or chipped. Case has some normal cosmetic wear, no cracks, and closes nicely.
Serial number is 6T 460425, making this a 1964 model.
