This is retro items from children s wear company Simonetta based in Italy. Jacket is marked size 95. However check measurements, please. Will fit an adult sz US 4/6- we took pic from mannequin sz US 4 

Jacket: 3 buttoned front closure/ two functional front pockets and one decorative/ long sleeve/ back has two vents/leather(?) like brown neck lapel.   Item is fully lined and has shoulder pads under lining.
