This listing is being managed in the Dutch auction style, fittingly so for a Dutch monarch. If you want this bracelet, but can not afford the opening asking price, option one is to negotiate a better deal. Option two, is to wait it out, because the nature of Dutch auctions is that they begin at market rate and gradually decrease until the reserve, if any, is reached (at which time no negotiation is allowed and all shipping and handling costs will be borne by the buyer).
Thank you and good luck.
