Vintage 1943 Samuel Lowe Co of Kenosha WI. The Magic Paint Book Use Water instead of Paints for children and it is oversize, measuring about 10 1/4" by almost 15". It is used and some of them have been done. I did add water to one part to see if it was still viable and it did turn a muted color. See pictures for best assessment of condition.
