This Suspension Spring Kit is an OEM Replacement Part designed for Whirlpool top-load washers. The kit includes a set of six springs that work to balance the weight of the wash tub, ensuring smooth operation. These springs connect to the tub's bottom, providing stability during the wash cycle. If the washer tub is excessively shaking or moving during use, it may indicate a need for spring replacement due to damage or stretching. For even wear and optimal performance, it is recommended to replace all springs simultaneously.

Accessing the tub for installation requires the removal of the front and possibly the rear panel of the washer. A pair of locking pliers will be necessary for removing the old springs and installing the new ones. A small amount of grease applied to the bottom of the new springs can help with easier installation. This OEM part is compatible with various Whirlpool models.
