• Bradley and Hubbard
• Figural Kerosene Oil Lamp
• Font: Frosted Glass with Bellflower and Bow Band
• Stem: Britannia #57B Grape Harvest featuring young boy eating grapes and lamb
• Base: Patterned Black Enameled Cast Iron
• Burner: Queen Anne
• Antique Early American Pattern Glass (EAPG) c. 1880's
• Measurements: 4 7/8" square base base, 5" font diamter and 10 1/2" high to the top of the collar
• Weight, prepackaged: 2 lbs 14.3 oz
• Condition: The lamp has a rubber gasket above the stem which is not original. It was likely placed there to help straighten the lamp, which has a good tilt to the figures right. The font has a light wiggle while the rest of the assembled lamp is firm. The wiggle is likely from some loose cement\plaster at the rod connection to the font.
The glass font is free of chips, cracks and fleabites. The interior is very clean with no residue or staining on the interior. The frosted finish is excellent with no notable marks. The glass is clear with a light glow under UV light.
The Britainna figure is superb with no damage including breaks, cracks and chips.
The base is black enameled cast iron scatter breaks in the finish and some rust showing on the top and bottom as seen in the photos. The hardware (excluding the rubber gasket) appears original. The cross bar on the bottom is marked "Pat Appld For".
The burner is a Queen Anne and in excellent working condition with nice patina and no notable damage, but some signs of use.
