I painted this for my mother in 1982

My initials then were ckp - Cindy K Putman

It's done in 3 layers in oil paint

You may want to redo the backing.

I took off the old tape and retaped it. 

The speckles are not dirt on the glass, but splatter paint on the rust mat background
