This listing is for a 1987 Pre-publication Manuscript by Wayne Dahoney.  This manuscript is for his book The Dragon and the Lamb which was ultimately published by Broadman Press in 1988.  This is the story of the resurrected Churches of China.  Dr. Wayne Dehoney was a Senior Professor, Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, Louisville, Kentucky.  His obituary is below:

See index for CA sketch: Born August 22, 1918, in New Raymer, CO; died November 15, 2007, in Louisville, KY. Minister, church leader, educator, and author. Dehoney was ordained a Baptist minister in 1940. He served congregations in Tennessee, Kentucky, and Alabama from 1940 until 1967, when he became the pastor of the venerable Walnut Street Baptist Church in Louisville, Kentucky. He retired from the pulpit in 1985. Dehoney was appointed an executive of the Southern Baptist Convention in 1959 and elected president of the body twice, in 1964 and 1965; he also served as an executive of the Baptist World Alliance and the Kentucky Baptist Convention. Dehoney was a professor at Southern Baptist Theological Seminary and a visiting professor at Midwestern Baptist Seminary. He coordinated the Baptist Crusade of the Americas for ten years and led preaching missions in Latin America, Europe, Africa, and Asia. Dehoney also found time to write a handful of books, including Homemade Happiness (1963), Disciples in Uniform(1967), Set the Church Afire (1970), An Evangelical's Guide to the Holy Land(1973), and The Dragon and the Lamb (1988).
