The Auctioneer has a brown beard and mustache and is wearing a black hat
with a skull and crossbones on the front. His pirate coat is blue with
a white ruffled shirt.
The sculpted material is like a hard plastic or vinyl material - not the
regular rubber Free-D material used on other Disney pins.
