This Ice Maker Assembly is an After Market Replacement Part designed for Samsung refrigerators. The ice maker produces 7 cubes and is equipped with a wire harness and a 10-pin plug.  The unit produces up to seven pounds of ice daily. It receives water from the inlet valve, holds it in the mold until it freezes solid, then automatically ejects the ice and refills the mold. This process continues until the ice storage bucket is full.

Measuring approximately 12 inches in length, 6 inches in width, and 6 inches in height, the assembly's casing is made of white plastic. The temperature in the icemaker compartment should be between zero and 10 degrees Fahrenheit for proper operation.  Please disconnect the refrigerator from the power source and shut off the water supply before initiating the repair.
