Vintage Lustre Craft Sauce Pan/Pot 5 Ply Unique Vent Lid Stainless Steel MADE IN THE USA!

Has a very unique spring loaded vent lid. Bottom shows use, possibly oven cleaner or steel wool to clear up? I wanted to be cautious on what to use on it. It has been washed with Dawn dish soap.
