Getting a 3d Miniature/ selfie is super easy! Please follow the instructions below:
SEND US YOUR PHOTOS
Take several photos of yourself. One photos have to be exactly in a Pose you would Like to Miniature. One frontal image, left view, right view and whole body. You just need to send us 4 high quality photos. Or Upload your photos when you are ordering your Miniature.
WE REVIEW YOUR PHOTOS
We receive your files, review them and if we have any question or need better pictures, we will get back to you within 24 Hr.. Photo Processing is totally a different process, it’s more like sculpture doing traditional work from the start for the desired finish.
WE MODEL IT
We model it based on your photos in 3D Software Program Our skilled designers will start creating your 3d replica model, making sure it completely matches with the photos given by you and prepare their 3D replication. By the time our designer make your 3D model it is forwarded to our technical team.
TIME TO PRINT
We then print the model in 3d printer with ABS/ PLA material and send it to professional artist for hand painting and finally ship it to you at your doorstep. Now you own a proud 3d selfie / Miniature of yourself or your loved ones. You can keep it in your living room, office, in your car and anywhere you want.
Miniatures will be produced in 3 stages, it involves both manual & machine process
Stage 1: 1st weeks for Designing, Method: Manual - Senior Artist will be designing the 3D model
In this stage, we convert 2D photo (given by the customer) into 3D photo by an artist and sends the preview via Etsy Messanger and on your approval we moves to nest stage
If there are any structural changes, we can make in this stage like changes in eyes, nose, ears, check, hair, shoulders, height, hands, arms, foot, etc
Stage 2: 2nd weeks for Printing/ Production, Method: Machine - It’s get printed in 3D Printing Machine
In this stage, we can’t do any structural changes
Here we use PLA (plastic) & Resin material, hence it’s not easily breakable
If we need to for handmade, we need make with clay, which is breakable - hence we don’t do with clay handmade dolls
Stage3: 3rd weeks for Painting/ Colouring, Method: Manual - Senior Artist will be colouring the 3D miniature
We use acrylic painting for the 3D miniatures. (Acrylic paint is a fast-drying paint made of pigment suspended in acrylic polymer emulsion)
Sends the preview via message and on your approval we make miniature dry for 1-2 days and then we will ship it on your approval
In this stage, we can change only colours of the miniature.
Note: We can match 90% to the original image, if there are any pets, bikes, etc., we can match 80% to the original one.
