without open the controller when users want to change it such as full scale of MFC,
unit of flow rate , ratio control, accumulation and etc.
Purge function of MFC when it is using to prevent the clogging or corrosion for gas line
from liquid source gas or corrosive gas.
Controlled by RS-232C, or analogue and TTL interface.
0-5VDC or 4-20mA (option) input/output signal.
Max. 4 channel (half rack).
Electric power : 110VAC or 220VAC x 60Hz.
Operating temperature : 0-60 deg.C.
Display : 2 line LCD with 4-1/2 place display.
Controller repeatability : ±0.1% full scale.

Model MR-500, power supply and readout unit, is designed for supplying electric power to thermal mass flow controller (MFC) and controlling gas flow rate by set-point value (0-5VDC or 4-20mA). And then it will be displayed on LCD front panel. This unit is available to control flow ratio control, accumulation gas flow rate and purge for all used multi-channel process gas. It was designed with state of art software in microprocessor. So it is available to control MFC by standard RS-232C with PC or any industrial controllers.
