Return

After our confirmation of item returning acceptance, the item must be returned as a resalable appearance with original packing to our side within 28 days from the date of our confirmation of item returning acceptance.

· All returned items must be marked with ID, buyer email address, item number and returning reasons (in English) for our process. It may take up to 5 working days to process the returned item(s) after receipt. If you do not mark above information for us, we are not able to follow up your case.
