The Oven Bake Element is an OEM replacement part for Whirlpool wall ovens. Located at the top of the oven cavity, it generates infrared heat energy for baking and warming functions. Manufactured from ceramic and metal materials, the element survives high thermal strain.

Made by Whirlpool. 2500 Watt, 240 Volt. Size: Width 21-3/4"; Length 15-3/8"; Mount bracket to terminals 3"; Space between terminals 19-1/8".

Symptoms of a bad bake element include:

• Uneven or inadequate top surface heating during baking
• The premature ending of bake cycles before completion due to lost heating ability
• Error codes displaying problems like thermal cut-outs activating too often
• Visible cracks or fractures in the element coil or insulator ring

This bake element is also compatible with Maytag, Jenn-Air, Amana, and some Kenmore wall oven models using the same element design.
