Brand new old stock.  Has some smudgy prints on outer casing.  The lower pin hinge is slightly bent, so cover shuts normal if that hinge isn't assembled.  If hinge is assembled, the lock mechanism is just a hair off and takes a lot of force to close the locking mechanism.  See last 2 pictures.
