The proliferation of Chinese sellers selling counterfeit knock-offs is quite appalling. In my years selling since 2005, the problem is horrible with no end in sight. A simple search of any part number specific Allen Bradley module will yield 100's of Chinese sellers with the same generic part picture, with a banner of "US Stock". Absolute horsepuckey! They are located overseas, a simple search of their feedback will reveal that. You get what you pay for, in this case, parts coming from China labelled as US stock. Stock photos should be your First clue, your SECOND clue should be "US stock". I am not saying I am the perfect seller, but I have everything in stock, ALTHOUGH I have been known to lose things in my warehouses or accidentally relist items.
I ship most everything USPS Priority mail FOR A REASON. One, as most people do not seem to be aware, just because you live in a population center and have guaranteed route pickup by UPS/Fedex does not mean that's universal. Any shipment via UPS/Fedex ground has a pickup fee of at least $25 in addition to the label cost, any Fedex/UPS overnight/express/2day CANNOT be picked up. I repeat, it CANNOT picked up due to the fact that I do not live in a population center. Long story short, asking after you have paid to change the shipping method, besides impractical, it amazes me customers want me to overnight an item after they have paid, with no way of me being able to collect the additional postage because shipping is "free" according to Amazon. Thats your place to go to get "free" shipping. This is not to say I won't ship something NDA/overnight via UPS, but heres the deal. It costs money and at a minimum 2hours of my time to drive it into a town that accepts NDA/overnight, so although $100-$1000 part seems like a lot, in the grand scheme of things it is not. So unless the part is over $1000, I usually will not drive it into town unless we can agree that for me to supply a car and a human for 2 hours is going to cost some money. The same goes for customers who think they can provide an account to ship on, or a label because its "faster", your label isn't faster. DHL doesn't come here. The world is bigger than "you", thanks for hearing me out. Bottom line, ask before hand graciously, not afterwards ignorantly.

If a problem arises from damage in shipment, we expect the customer to cooperate with all our needs in filing a shipping insurance claim as needed. We take great care in our packaging.
